Has anyone ever flown KL to Langkawi... is it a 'little' plane?

We're looking to take an internal flight from KL to Langkawi mid-May next year, but we hate flying! We can make our peace with big planes but the idea of having to go on a little 12-seater propeller plane is not our idea of a good time!

Has anyone ever taken this flight before and if so can they advise what sort of plane it is?

The only other option is a lengthy and more expensive overnight train/bus/boat combo that might not even be possible at that time of the year anyway...

    Thanks in advance :)

Hey - took this but don't remember the airline. However, it was a big plane, very modern airbus - even had our own screens in the headrest. A very comfortable flight.

I flew Langkawi - KL last year, with AirAsia. Was some kinda Airbus. Was super cheap, maybe $40...

Not a small plane, it's all good.
