taman negara

    ive heard that taman negara is closed between dec n jan is this true

    It's not closed as such, given that it's a national park jungle, but you will find that tour operators are loathe to arrange for trips.

    The reason is that December tends to be very very wet. Last thing you want when you're trekking in a jungle is for flooding to occur, because things can get really bad.

    January and especially February tend to be much better. Give it a go then.
