Hey, I'm leaving Mui Ne tomorow and was wondering the best way to get to Dalat. I've heard of a new road, but I'm not sure if it's on my map. Is it best to go back to Phan Thiet, then up the 28?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Justin
