Skype in Palawan

    Does voice over IP Skype work reliably from Palawan (say, 30-40 kilometers radius of Puert Princesa) when making calls back to the US?

    It will probably be ok for voice. You can probably use Skype for voice calls in the provincial cities. Video chat is possible (though problematic at times) in the major cities.
