    Hi looking for best place to snorkel / visit in Phillipines in Nov-Dec?

    Maybe Apo Island or Palawan.

    Nov-Dec. You can go anywhere you want in the Philippines.

    As goonistik says you can go anywhere in Nov or Dec.The weather is good,prices are higher as it is coming into peak season.
    There are countless world class dive sites in the country but if you are only going for some snorkelling then consider Palawan, Puerto Galera, Boracay, or any of the many exotic islands
