Bangkok or Saigon will be your best options.I have just returned from Cambodia to Philippines.Took the Mekong express from PP to HCMC to catch the Cebu Pacific flight to Manila. Its an early morning flight leaving at 1am and takes 2and a half hours. From March 2012 Cebu Pacific will have direct flights from Hanoi to Manila

Hi gwapo, how was your experience with the Mekong express? How long did it take and where in Cambodia did you stay? My cousin and I will be there for New Years, thanks in advance for the help.

had a great time in Cambodia. Stayed at King Boutique hotel in PP for 3 nights then transferred across the road to numbernine inn (258 street) when king was fully booked. Lots to see there and Angkor Wat is a must if you will visit Seam Reap. Eat at Blue Pumpkin!. Stayed at MotherInn Hotel in Sean Reap which was fantastic, they had a driver at the Mekong express terminal waiting.Mandalay Inn is also good. Travelled back to PP by Paramount because they had a 9.30 bus but would not recommend that line.Mekong are much better and also used them from PP to HCMC. Enjoy

Hi!
There are no direct flights from Cambodia to Manila. The best airports to transit through will be KL, SG, BKK, and SGN.
Try looking things up at Skyscanner to look for the combinations.
