Visa agency in Philippine

    Hello,
    I am from Iran and regarding my search for the arrival visa then i have to apply that before arrival.
    embassy of philippine in Iran have adviced me to book tour and accommdoations n advance to which they can arrange the visa. but as i am Back-packer and have widely traveled throuygh asia on a Budget plan, so its a little bit hard for me to book the tour and accommodations.
    *** Can anyone suggest me a Visa agency, or a travel agency to which they can arrange my visa before i travel to Philippine.
