We will travel during the holidays (high season) Dec 23 - Jan 1 and have no hotel reservations. Is it a problem or should we easily find rooms/cottages ?
Also we plan to fly out of Coron the same day as our international flight. Is that an issue (delayed planes ?) Should we have to worry ?
Or should we plan on flying out of Puerto Princesa instead (and travel south instead of north) ?
Thanks for any input...

That's the peak season, so it is better to have accommodation booked ahead.
As I understand it, you are asking if it is better to head from Puerto Princessa to Northern Palawan or vise-versa. I think it would better to fly out of PP as it has a larger airport that can accommodate jets and there are usually more flights at PP. So your chances of making your connection are a little bit better.
