    I recently had to accomplish both of these with my wife. They both are all day affairs and there is much hurry up and wait to these. I live in Cebu so I did blog about both experiences. For the potential applicant it is good information. Also for the expat it is good information because prior to your Significant other getting a passport they will have to accomplish both of these things. It is not like the west and you must have alot of patience and understand when they say it takes all day it does.
