Hello, I've a question about the job market in Singapore. Is it difficult to find a job for a recent graduate? Do Europeans stand any chances of finding one? What occupations are in the highest demand at the moment? If you know the answers to my questions or can recommend a source where I could find reliable information, please, let me know. In demand: advertising, oil & gas companies, HR, finance (not as much as before though)
Most Europeans working here get their jobs in Europe and are then transferred here, thus entitling them to somewhat of an expat package including a housing allowance, annual flight home, etc. If you look for the job here you'll likely be offered a more "local" salary which, for a new grad (depending on your area of training, of course), will be $2000 - $3000 SGD per month.
Do some research on these sites for demand and salaries:
