Rent motorbike in Singapore?

Hello fellow adventurers,

I am wondering if there is possible or recommended to rent a small motorbike for 2 people for a few days in Singapore?

If yes, can someone recommend where to rent from or is there something we should be special aware of?

I've never rented a motorbike in Singapore so I have no experience with any of these establishments.

Though of the two with websites, only Ban Hock Hin mentions leasing/rental.

hey how is it going. i'm a singaporean and i'm afraid to tell you for a tourist it is damn near impossible to rent a motorbike. singapore doesn't have those lovely bike rental shops that vietnam and thailand do. you are going to have to buy one in singapore and have insurance registered for the motorbike, which would be a real hassle. take the subway! it takes you to just about everywhere.
