Hi. Can anyone recommend a good tour? We are only going to be in Singapore for about 3 days. A half day or whole day tour would be fine. Also, is it better to get Universal Studio tickets online or just pay when we get there? Thanks in advance.

Original Singapore Walks does the best WW2 tours -- there's a shorter one Wednesdays and a comprehensive, full-day tour on Saturdays. http://www.journeys.com.sg/singaporewalks/tours.asp#cmwt
For Universal Studios, it's best to buy your tickets online if you're going on a weekend or holiday because the queue will be really long and there is a chance they could sell out. On a weekday it isn't necessary, but will still save you some time in queue.
