Hello,
I'm looking for a budget airline that flies from Singapore to Koh Samui (so that we can get to koh phangan, i don't think tiger or air asia do this trip. Any other suggestions of cheap/quick travel from singapore to phangan greatly appreciated!

Bangkok Airways is your only option as far as I know. The fare starts at around US$165 according to their website.

bangkok is the only airline that flies into koh samui
i have a terrible connection from vietiane to bangkok to kho samui
