ok great website, always helpful.
right we think we may have a problem. we came to thailand for 2 weeks in august, then left for malaysia and elsewhere. since then we have returned on the 30th september for 26 days and plan to do so again for a month in November 06' and finally for 2 weeks in january 2007. Does the visit before October 1st count towards our allowable total of visits or do you get a clean slate from that date?
Mu understanding is the new "count" starts with a clean slate from October 1, 2006, so you should be fine. The 90 days in 90 days out system runs on total days, so you should have:
Oct 1-26 = 26 days
Nov month = 30 days
Jan 2 weeks - 14 days

Hi Nick & Anne,
Welcome to Travelfish - glad you like it!
Mu understanding is the new "count" starts with a clean slate from October 1, 2006, so you should be fine. The 90 days in 90 days out system runs on total days, so you should have:
Oct 1-26 = 26 days
Nov month = 30 days
Jan 2 weeks - 14 days
Still well under 90 days.
Hope that helps!
