Hello once again!
My trip is now taking shape, with much thanks to feedback from this site, however I'm now becoming more specific on where i'm thinking of staying. In particular, Bangkok.
Ideally i'd like to be next to a skytrain stop for easy access, but also would like to stay somewhere memorable. I am currently looking at hotel review websites for research.
At the moment, we'd be staying in Bangkok for 3 nights upon arrival, and 1 night upon departure. My plan is to stay at the Davis for the 3 nights and the Baiyoke for the last night in one of their highest rooms (71st - 74th floor).
Any experiences of either hotel would be fantastic, and recommendations for other hotels with similar rates would be just as appreciated.

The views from Baiyoke are amazing, though neither, especially the Davis are near BTS (skytrain) stops...
