hi,
im now thinkin of travelling from ko chang to ko maak and finishing off at ko kut.
from there i have to get back to bangkok to catch my flight in mid december.
so im just wondering how would i get from ko khut to bangkok is there a boat from ko khut to the mainland then a bus to bangkok?

Yep - I think there are both ferries and speedboats.
You will need to go from the mainland pier up to Trat for most buses - although some do leave directly from some of the piers

Hey Tezza,
When I first went to that area there was only one boat that went to Koh Kut from Trat. You went on a coconut boat that left twice each week from the bridge at Thanon Sukhaphiban, weather-permitting. Do you know if that boat still exists?

I think so. Some of the Ko Kut resort websites have access info. I think I've seen the old boat there. Google is your friend.
