You know the drill,

1. Anyone know a site where I can download Thai subtitles for divx movies so I can watch them with my Thai friends?

2. Why does the cable signal drop out all the time on my TV and stay out for like 20 minutes or more at a time?

3. Any whities got the best/cheapest remedy for sunburn? Aloe is way expensive here; like 300-400 baht for a large tube. It's a friggin outrage!

4. I hear Krabi is similar to Phuket, with far lower living costs. True?

5. Why would anyone want to drink boiling hot water with coffee? As in straight boiled water is being served to me separately in a cup when I order coffee here. Cold water, sure. I'll even take luke warm. But boiling? Am I missing the special hidden benefit?

6. Anyone else feel like we're being softened up so they can eat us?

7. Do they sell a sugar-free, Coke Zero style Big Cola?

8. How awesome are Cream-Os?

9. Anyone tried karmagra and willing to admit it?

10. Are those Thai dramas you see people glued to 24/7 on TV here as bad when you can understand the language as they are when you can't?

Oh yeah,

11. P*rn is illegal here? Has anyone heard of anyone getting busted or is it one of those silly laws that never gets enforced? What do you get for having naughty movies on your laptop anyway? The chair? Does the punishment depend on the quantity?

Don't know to much on the porn issue. It's probably one of those laws that can be added to your other crime if you get arrested for something really bad. I would think they have a list of other things to worry about.

6. Good, just checking. Sometimes I also feel like I fell into an episode of the twilight zone, although lately that's more around nutty farangs like my French landlord, and an american madman I encountered in a coffee shop last Thursday.
