I was wondering how busy Koh Tao gets during February and if it is worth booking accomodation and a diving course before i go? I plan on doin my PADI open water

Hard to say. It will be peak season there but it is also the best time to dive on the Andaman side, and also better diving. So many divers will be heading there rather than Koh Tao.
