from surathani to kaoh sok national park and from the park to krabi

    Hi every one!!

    I d like to know the best way and more details about the trip from Surathani to Khao Sok National Park. I couldnt find details about where i 'll get off and how to reach an accomodation in the park.
    i'd like to have one day tour ( elephnats and canoing) and leaving the following day or stay one day more, but i don't want to spend more than 2 days in the park. after that I have to catch a bus to krabi. is there a bus from khao sok to krabi or I have to go back to surathani and catch a new bus to krabi? someone knows the timetable?!

    There are buses from Surat Thani to Khao Sok. You need to get a Phuket bound bus that passes through Khao Sok. There are only a few everyday. Last one leaves at 3pm.
    The bus stop is just outside the entrance to the park. From here you can easily get a taxi into the patk itself and to your accomodations. Or possibly walk from there, depending on where you are staying.

    To get to Krabi , get a bus heading to Phuket and get off in Khok Kloy. From Khok Kloy you can get any bus heading South as they all go through Krabi (eg. Hat Yai, Trang, etc). Or go back to Surat Thani and get a direct bus from there.
