Okay, we are leaving for thailand on jan 30th and we are pretty clueless. It is our first time and we are three young ladies who are extremely excited and keen to enjoy our vacation to the fullest!! We have a very rough itinerary and any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!!!!
Fly to Bangkok Jan 31st.
Head to Ayuthaya on day 3 or 4.
Overnight train to Chiang Mai and spend day 5-6.
Fly to Phuket on Day 7.
Spend two days in Phuket then head to Ko Phi Phi or from days 10-13
Travel to Ko Samui and hang out on days 14-16
Ko Pha Ngan Full Moon party!!! feb 17-20.
Somehow get back to bangkok for the 24th day when we fly home!
... PPLEASE ANY HELP/suggestions/must sees/MAJOR FLAWS in our plan would be amazing!!! THANK YOUU!!!

You'll be on the move, but I suspect that you will enjoy that aspect. And by the looks of it, it is the beaches that have the biggest appeal.
I would tend to suggest cutting out Chiang Mai because you really aren't there long enough to do anything once you allow for travel time, etc. Instead, return to Bkk then fly from there to Phuket and add those days on to Koh Samui or another island. You will lose a full day getting from Ko Phi Phi to Koh Samui, and only manage it if you catch the night ferry to Koh Samui (which leaves 10pm or so from Surat Thani ). Otherwise, you'll stay the night in Surat Thani and catch a ferry the next day - but that'll take at least 1/2 day by the time you get to the day ferry Pier (Don Sak), and travel to Samui.
On the days that you travel aim for the earliest time possible to maximise your time in your arrival destination (ie flight to Phuket). Otherwise a lot of time is wasted just hanging around, waiting.
