Flight From Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang

    According to the infos below;

    A flight from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang is less than usd200, but Laos airways quoted usd226 over their official website.
    And some traveller posted also said that getting a ticket in Chiang Mai tour agencies should be around usd150~usd160.
    I intend to take a flight from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang next month. Wondering is there anyone here can provide me some tips or experiences on how could I contact the Chiang Mai travel agencies where I can buy the usd16 air ticket.
    Really appreciate your help.Thanks.
