2 What about mini bus transfer from krabi to karon?
3 What's the cost of a ferry from krabi to phuket these days?

I'm thinking airport limo - 600. Airport taxi (turn left out of arrivals - go 50m to taxi desk) - 400-500
Shuttle bus - 150
I took rdirect Krabi (actually Ao Nang/Railay/Ton sai) to Phuket for 500 in early Dec. Might be an idea to shop around - some sellers wanting 700. Included in fare were vans waiting to shuttle passengers to the popular beaches plus airport - the latter a good deal considering it is 35km away.
