hi guys,
Looking at booking flights with Air Asia. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the "promo" and "normal" flights, other than the price. I'm pretty keen on the cheaper flights, but not on some hidden T&C's...
cheers!

promo flights are non refundable non changeable.
normal flights are think are non refundable too but more flexible with changes.
you would need to read the terms and conditions to be sure

Exactly what Krabiman said.
Promo fares = no refunds, no changes
Regular fares = no refunds, changes permitted with fees (you pay the difference between fares)
With AirAsia fares do not come with checked luggage, advance seat selection, and meals/drinks. These are all additional charges regardless if it's a promo or regular fare.
