SE Asia Internet access

    As anyone trying to use internet access in Thailand (and I assume Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia) knows, the access is glacial at the moment. The service is banged up due to the severing of cables off the coast of Taiwan after the earthquake there the other day.

    Unfortunately we've not the resources to sail out off the coast of Taiwan to sew them up ourselves, so in the meantime, we'd suggest heading to TRUE internet cafes where access is semi-reasonable and I'm able to access about 80% of o/s sites.

    BTW, the TRUE cafe on Thong Lo has good coffee...
