First of all, what's your nationality?
Assuming you're from US/UK/EU/AU or similar "western" country you can get a 30-day visa exemption for Thailand on arrival by air, but your airline will likely require proof of onward travel within those 30 days or a proper Thai tourist visa (available at your nearest Thai embassy/consulate). Cambodia has 30-day tourist visa on arrival available at airports and land borders for $USD20 (although some land borders overcharge). For Vietnam you need a visa in advance, easy to get at Vietnamese embassies/consulates in Bangkok or Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, or a "pre-arranged" visa via an agency (see links here)
