Does anyone know how much of a pain it is to get Yen changed in Thailand? I know US $ are the easiest... I plan to change a decent amount of money at the airport, but I might need more later... Thanks!

Any large exchange booth in Bangkok will change Yen -- upcountry your mileage will vary, but in major centres shouldn't be a problem.
