1- We are couple and intend to visit KOH CHANG and its our first time, which beach you prefer us to stay. Because we confuse to read there are many beaches in KOH CHANG. Our intrest is the beach is clean and not so much quite, and near to facilities like resturant or 7-11
2- We need a budget hotel/banglow/hut (FAN) and it will be so nice if its not more than 500-600Bhat with bath inside room, any recomendation near beach adn nice area
3- We plan to visit in february ( 18- 28 ), is that a good time to visit. In feb we can go to beach or scuba diving or whatever, the water is chill or it will be fun
Your reply not only help me but it help all those who are planning to visit KOH CHANG first time

Ko Chang has gone considerably upmarket in the last couple of years and 500 to 600 baht might not get you very much (though it's a while since I visited).
The busiest place is White Sand Beach. There are lots of bars, restaurants and bungalows.
Further south down the coast it gets quieter, but there's still a good choice of places to stay.
Look at 'www.iamkohchang.com' which is great for information on what's happening right now.
