We are in Chiang Mai & want to hire a car to travel to Golden Triangle, stay there for 3nts, then cross border & go by boat to Luang Prabang.
My partner has some mobility issues due to MS - needs to take things bit easier, more comfortable than we used to.
Advice on deluxe ways of doing this; ease/reliability of hiring driver etc appreciated
