I will be flying to Hat Yai at the end of December and stying at the Pansand resort.
How do I get from Hat Yai to Pakpara to get the ferry/boat-type-thing?
Also information seems sketchy about what time transport leaves from Hat Yai and also what time the boats leave from Pakpara. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

There are regular minivans from Hat Yai to Satun and Pakbara -- the latter is where you get the boat to Ko Bulon Lae -- I'm not sure of the boat timetable details sorry as it has been a while since we've been through there -- perhaps check with Pansand?
It's a lovely island -- quite lowkey and some very pretty spots.
