Recommend hostels in Koh Samui and Koh Phagnan

    Hi there,

    I'm looking for nice relatively cheap accomodation (hostels/backpackers) in Koh Samui and Koh Phagnan.

    Could anybody recommend places that have a mix of social and quiet? I would love a place close to the beach with a bar area where i could meet fellow travellers but also still have some quiet times!
