Hi,
We're getting married on Koh Lanta island on 28th December, we're traveling around north Thailand for a week then we fly to Phucket.
We're looking at some ideas where to travel before we head off to Koh Lanta? Any Ideas?

cool - getting married in Koh Lanta... im sure it will be gr8.
We will be on our honeymoon around that time too - infact will be on Koh Lanta on the 28th December... travelling for a week to the north before...Chiang Mai and Pai - prob will do a trek in Pai... then fly to Phuket.. go to Koh Yao Noi then Railey... and Koh Lanta after that...

Thanks for the info Lbarb, thats mad you're on the island the same day as us! If you see a wedding that day it will probably be us! haha
Does anyone else have any other recommendations? (We're looking at ideas where to visit on our way to Koh Lanta (from Phuket)

Phang Nga Bay is worth visiting and along the way and is stunning with lots to see and do. Also try visiting beaches in Krabi and Krabi town.
