    ... okay this probably doesn't belong here. But still, you are the experts ;-) I am looking for "Lee Buan Sua Fishing Pills" to buy online and have them shipped to Germany. So far, google wasn't really helpful.

    These pills are just great if you have stomach problems (e.g. diarrhea etc.). We bought them on our last Thailand trip. When nothing else worked we asked locals for their advice - this was saving me :-) These are little black, awful smelling balls ... but within hours I felt great again. Now our supply ran low, we tried to get them in Vietnam and Cambodia, no luck.

    Does anyone know where to get them?
