Im thinking of staying at Koh Yao Noi for a few days in later November and I was just wanted to know if its worth it? and any recomondation for accomodation?

without knowing what you are after I can not say it will be worth it for you, but it was very worth it for us and here's why:
the island is not crowded, no FMP, no loud bar scene
kayaking around stunning karts formation with no one else around
renting bike and exploring the fishing village, rubber tree plantations, biking along the beaches
