No current flooding in southern Thailand so enjoy that for a while and give Bangkok time to dry out. By the start of December the city will most likely be back to normal. Far north Thailand including Chiang Mai is already flood-free and getting sunny, but the northern rail line between BK-CM is closed until further notice, meanwhile there are always cheap flights to CM on Air Asia, Nok Air, etc.

Be aware that Don Muang airport is closed as of today and Nok Air and Orient Thai flights have been either cancellend or diverted. Still no need to worry but keep tabs on the situation around Bangkok.
