I think altml already got his answer on another forum, but for other people thinking of heading for Phayam or little Ko Chang, Happy Air is running from Bangkok 3 days a week and Ranong Air's website says it will recommence flights on Dec 14 - 3 days a week. Website suggests Ranong Air has a tie-in with Happy Air.
