My current travel plans have me in Bangkok during Songkran. While I'm interested in taking part in the soakings for a day, I don't want to spend 3 days during nothing or getting soaked. Is it possible to avoid getting wet and do the regular sight-seeing stuff, or will all the sights be closed and everyone have water? Thanks for the info.
