Want to spend a day in Penchaburi travelling to Hua Hin, but don't want to spend a night there. So is it some places to leave backpack while going to Hill Palace and cave. May be on train sation or some GH?

you mean PHETchaburi (the ch is not pronounced).
In TH-as you already seem to know- ANY major train and about ANY Busstation will hold luggage for a few THB. In minor busstations it is often the toilet lady in fact-she is there all day anyway. Do not expect lockers, cages or whatever-just put it down. You may have pay by the hour-make sure if it looks very cheap.
I am not aware of any guesthse in Phet-but if there is, or even normal restrts-if you eat there they will hold luggage for you for the odd hour. No garantee (as most of you young people panick about anything).
