I am waiting for a friend to deliver me a new debit card to Patong at the end of the month but don't want to stay here and wait. I have limited funds until I get the card but was thinking of travelling to Samui and Phangan in the meantime. Is this viable on a low ish budget or is there anywhere else u can suggest?
As I'm travelling solo I would prefer somewhere with a bit of a backpacker scene. Any advice much appreciated.
