I land in the Suvarnabhumi Airport at 3:00 AM and am planning to take the Nok Air flight from Don Muang Airport at 6:00 AM. Please clarify if I will have sufficient time to clear immigration and collect baggage to check-in with Nok air in time?

Doesn't look like anyone else is going to answer so I'll tell you my experience and maybe it will help.
I did this journey about a year ago on the dedicated bus which goes from the Transport Centre and it took about 75 minutes so would be impractical for you.If you get a taxi at that time of morning I would imagine you'd get there in about 45 minutes so it could be done but it's very tight.Say you get out of Suvarnabhumi Airport at 03.45 after clearing immigration, picking up your bag,45 minutes in a taxi and 15 minutes to find the airline desk and you've got about 1 hour as long as everything goes smoothly

BUSes do not run that early.
it all depends on how late/early (yes, that also happens with planes!) is and how long immigration takes this time-completely unpredictable now.By taxi-no other way available that early anyway- it may take much less as 1 hr.-pay the tollwayfee.
In DMK the 15 mins is enough to check in (there are just a very few desks-its NOK only), do the checks and board-but NOK will close its check in earlier-their site says the limit. Check also if they offer online check-in-that will save more time 9and loose all the money in case you still miss it)

If it was me, taking Taxi and go on expressway is what I'd do. 3 hours with immigration and commute in Bangkok, ALMOST at the rush hour, I'd have to be pretty hurry.
