the best way to find a serious lawyer in any country of the world is to ask your local embassy - most embassys have them even on their homepage
as the are "recommended" by your embassy, they will not risk their reputation by ripping you off - but they are not cheap, keep this in your mind
there is also an excellent forum about nearly anything about thailand
