Hi There.
I am looking to learn from others experience before goingon and investing my money, renting a camp with few bungalows on the beach front and manage it. Does it make sense? looks a bit too easy to be true...
Will the local allow me to flourish?
Will i need to pay special kind of "protection" fees?
What are the risks I need to take into consideration? (other then the actual holiday camp business issues)
