which bank have lowest surchage for cash withdraw by visa credit card

    hi,

    does anyone have idea of which bank in bankok have lowest surchage for cash withdraw by visa credit card.

    normally the bank in laos will charge 3% for USD withdraw, i just guess it will be lower in bankok.
