Hello -
I am an American female, 39 years old. I have been putting off travel for sometime, because I haven't felt like traveling by myself. Anyway, I am tired of waiting, so I am planning to go Thailand in September for 3 weeks. I would like to find a travel partner. My dates are flexible, so I could start it in August or end it in October.
I live in San Francisco. Though I have traveled to many world destinations, I have never been to Asia.
I will probably head to Bangkok, Chang Mai, Railay, and perhaps a couple of other spots. I am interested in rock climbing and the beach - amongst other things. I am very open about the whole trip, and I have nothing booked. I am not married to traveling to these places either, but I thought they had a lot to offer. I am flexible. I am looking to stay active on the trip, relax, have fun, and eat good food.
If you have any advice for a single female traveler in this region --- OR --- if you are interested in having a travel partner in September...I am interested in hearing from you.

My name is veekay-i would be in Thailand from 27 August till 05 Sep'2012. I would be visiting Bangkok/Sukho-Thai/Chiang-Mai and Chiang-Rai. Wd be back to Bangkok and visiting Kanchanaburi and Ayutthaya. I went to Thailand last year but did not got a chance to travel.This year i am going for a small conference and extending my visit. I do travel a lot n this year i have already been to Cyprus. Been to Turkey twice and have been to USA in 2005 for 01 n half month.
