The Lomprayah bus ends at Khao San Road. You can also take a government or private bus from Chumphon bus station (would require paying for transport from pier to bus station), which would end at the southern bus terminal. I think there are a couple other boat/bus companies that have private buses going straight to their boats, but not sure.
