yes-100s-but as you did not exactly tell from where in the province of Ayut to where in the province of NOnth-dou you really want to list here a few 1000 routes and possibilities? Its like asking if you can go direct from Victoria to New South Wales.

hi maltziunaite,
you can check at the bus terminal in ayutthaya town, but i don't remember seeing buses headed directly to nonthaburi before. even so, nonthaburi just isn't that far from the main bangkok northern bus terminal (mo chit) where most of the buses from ayutthaya arrive, so you might do well just to catch the regular aircon bus from ayutthaya town into bangkok (mo chit) and take a taxi from there.
you could also catch the train from ayutthaya into bangkok and jump off anywhere after the don muang stop (bang sue, for example) and catch a taxi from there.
if you don't have too much gear with you, you could always try to take a city bus out to nonthaburi once you arrive in bangers. sorry, it has been too long and i don't remember the route numbers, but maybe you can find out from where you are headed which buses go nearby. hope that helps. please let us know what you learn too. cheers.
