Hi All,
I'm trying to plan a trip from KL to Koh Phangan.
I think I'll be taking a night bus from KL to Hat Yai hoping to get there as early as possible - probably would cost myself 40-50 RM. Does anyone know where the bus station is now in KL? I heard it is not in Puduraya anymore, isn't it?
Then I need to travel from Hat Yai to Koh Phangan, and I wanna reach koh Phangan by afternoon. Is it possible to reach it in the afternoon (or evening)? What route would you suggest me? and how much would it cost?

846km with probable delays at Butterworth, the border, and Had Yai. Last ferry to Ko Phangan is at 6pm so unlikely you will get to the island same day. There are bungalows near the ferry terminal in Don Sak.
