Can anyone advise of accomodation near the Nong Phai district of Ubon R? We are visiting my son who lives ther and he tells me that the only hotel he can think of anywhere near is the Nevada or Sunee Tower neither of which I can find reveiws for! Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am travelling with my 74yr old mother so a degree of comfort is pretty essential. Understand that from the centre of Ubon to this district we would need a songtheow and a motorbike taxi, so central is not a good option!

Hi Ruth,
I'm not familiar with Nong Phai, but in downtown Ubon Ratchathani, the Sri Isan is a great choice - and very good value.
