Hello Friends,
I would like to know which resorts have no road between the resort and the beach if anyone can list them. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Suggestion, go to google maps and zoom in on beach that you are interested then read name of resort.

There's a bunch, including the following (from north end of west coast anti-clockwise):
Mai Khao Beach - Antara Phuket , JW Marriot, Renaissance Phuket, Piraya, Bungalow Maikhao, Holiday Inn
Nai Yang Beach - L'Espirit De Naiyang, Imperial Adamas
South Nai Thon cliffs - Andaman White Beach
Pansea Bay (north Surin) - The Chedi
North Patong, Nakalay Beach - Thavorn Beach Village
North Patong cliffs - Paresa Patong
South Patong Dream Beach peninsula beaches - Tri Trang Beach Resort, Merlin
Karon Noi (Relax Beach) - Le Meridian
Karon - Karon Beach Resort
Kata Yai - Kata Beach resort
Kata Noi - Katathani
Nai Harn - Meridian Phuket Yacht Club
Cape Panwa - Cape Panwa Hotel, Radisson Blue
Now all those are mid-range or better. You might find less expensive rooms at Bungalow MaiKhao and Tri Trang Beach resort.
Budget accommodation directly on the beach is a bit scarce at Phuket. Two I've stayed at are Seaside Cottages at Mai Khao and Benjamin at Kamala. If you go out to the near Phuket island of Ko Racha/Raya there are some nice budget joints overlooking the two main beaches (and some very nice upper range places too.) Similarly Coral Island has the Coral Island Resort directly on the beach. Cheapest rooms here can go into lower midrange at non peak-peak times.
