We're in our third day of the power being off in Koh Samui (and from all reports, Koh Phagnan). Word on the street is that they're not going to have it fixed for another two days. Just FYI for anyone thinking about heading here in the next few days.
We have had almost two hours of generator power and only have a few minutes left. People are hoarding the petrol,food is rotting, and what not. I'd be more poetic if I had the time!

All back to normal on Koh Samui and Koh Phengan!!!
It may take a few more days for 7-11's etc to restock on refrigerated items... but it's pretty much OK!
