    Is it in the airport perhaps a bus info desk counter?

    There's a small information counter that can give basic bus info, but for detailed information they'll send you over to the Bus terminal which can be reached by shuttle bus. We've got some information on the airport buses here.

    Take shuttle bus from the main termianl to the bus depot and you can get the buses out from there. If there's not the connection you want, then cab to ekamai - more buses from there.
